Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50.00 (before tax and after discounts).
   
• Orders under $50.00 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
   
• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after being shipped, depending on your location.
   
• All orders ship from Northern Kentucky.
   

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays may affect delivery times. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If still unresolved, reach out to us for further assistance.

All Sales Are Final

Because each order is custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalization details before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already started production and changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our work and carefully inspect each item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Incorrect Personalization (Our Error)
If we make a mistake with your personalization, we will correct the error and send you a replacement at no cost.
